Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
• Pakistan: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly mentioned on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
