What fabrics do you use?
We use premium imported and high-grade seasonal fabrics: Lawn (summer), Cotton (everyday), Chiffon (duppatta), Crinkled texture (co-ords), and seasonal collections. All fabrics are high-quality, long-lasting, and carefully selected for durability and comfort.
Do you offer customization?
Yes! Custom designs available. WhatsApp your design idea with inspiration images or description for details and pricing. Turnaround time: 7–10 business days from payment confirmation.

How do I order?
Browse our website at nabishabymoonlight.com, select items, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your preferred payment method, enter delivery details, and confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer. For international orders, prepaid payment (Bank Transfer) is required.
Do you offer COD?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Simply place your order online and pay when it arrives at your doorstep. No prepayment needed.
Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take?
Lahore: 1–2 business days. Karachi: 2–4 business days. Other major cities: 4–6 business days. Remote areas: 6–8 business days. Timeframes are calculated from order confirmation.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp immediately after dispatch. Use this number to track your package with our courier partner (TCS or local courier). We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to USA, Canada, UAE, Bangladesh, and UK. International orders require prepaid payment. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Sizing & Returns
How do I measure myself?
Use a soft measuring tape. Measure your Bust, Waist, Hip, and desired Length. Check our detailed Size Guide page for exact measurements and fit recommendations. Still unsure? WhatsApp us your measurements and we'll suggest the perfect size.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes! Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, all tags intact, and original invoice present. Sale and discounted items are final — no returns or exchanges. We offer exchange only, not cash refunds.
What if there's a price difference on exchange?
If the new item is cheaper, we issue a credit voucher for future purchases. If it's more expensive, you pay the difference via JazzCash or Bank Transfer.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Send WhatsApp photos within 24 hours of delivery. We verify the damage. If it's a manufacturing defect: you cover return shipping to us, we send replacement completely free. No additional charges.
