Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
Be accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item
A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Products without original tags or packaging.

Clearance, final sale, promotional, or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect).

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
If you would like a different size or another available item, please contact us before returning your product.
Once the returned item passes inspection, your exchange will be processed.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund (where applicable).
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If approved:
Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible.
Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded through bank transfer after receiving your banking details.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Returned packages should be marked as "Returned Goods" whenever applicable.
